Welcome. I hope that you find this website of value as you search for a Music Director, Vocal Coach and Accompanist. Whether you are a singing actor who is looking for an objective eye and ear, or someone who has never studied singing or music, search no more...You have come to the right place. You may be an 'actor or dancer first' who has never sung and is seeking guidance about how to get started in what can be a seemingly daunting process, or you may be a seasoned professional who is looking for a fresh point of view, seeking to focus and work your technique or searching for new material and/or an accompanist with whom to work. Whatever your situation, I will come to your aide.

Because my work is so highly personalized and tailored to identifying and highlighting the individual vocalists' attributes while addressing the key areas that need attention, it's difficult to be overly specific here about our work together without having met you yet, but I will say that by the time you leave the studio you will have the material that is right for you, specific direction about how to perform that material and vocal technique that is clear and focused. You will also get and have an honest and objective opinion of what is unique about you as a performer as well as some specifics about the areas that need attention and need to be improved. We will also specifically address the post-audition comments that I hear casting directors say often about why they were interested or not interested in a particular actor. It's information that could truly help you land your next role!

I realize that some people have particular needs (such as only needing an accompanist and not a coach) or are currently working with another teacher or coach and in those instances our time together may be only brief. That's fine too. We can tailor your needs around what I offer and come up with a plan that works.

My studio environment is casual and pressure free and I have a very large song/score library at your disposal from which we can choose material, or we can work material with which you have an existing defined connection. If Key Transpositions need to be made we can do that as well. At the end of the session you will be sent your digital tracks of your material for you to work on your own which will include vocal exercises and warm-ups that will be helpful to the particular material you are working on or just a general warm-up for your use. It's included in the cost of the session. Please click on the links above to find out more about me and (if you prefer) contact me to set up an appointment. I look forward to helping you bring your maximum vocal potential to the table as a singing actor.
